Nutrition consultation data is never sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties. Your digital consent signature, timestamp, and IP address are stored as a record of your consent. You may request deletion of your consultation records at any time by contacting us.

6. Proof-of-Delivery Photos

When a driver completes your delivery, a photo is captured at your delivery location as proof of successful fulfillment. These photos are stored securely and used only to confirm that your order was delivered. Proof-of-delivery photos are automatically removed from our system 30 days after the delivery date. They are not shared with third parties.

7. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share your information only with service providers who assist us in operating our business (such as SMS delivery services), and only to the extent necessary to provide our services to you. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations. Nutrition consultation data and proof-of-delivery photos are never shared with third parties.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as you are an active customer and for a reasonable period thereafter to fulfill legal obligations and resolve disputes. Proof-of-delivery photos are automatically deleted 30 days after delivery. If you request deletion of your data, we will remove your information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
