When you accept cookies, we record anonymous page visit events that include: the page path you visited (e.g., /menu, /start), your device type (mobile, tablet, or desktop), the referring URL if you arrived from another site, an anonymous session identifier stored in your browser session (cleared when you close the tab), and the timestamp of the visit.

We do not collect your name, email address, IP address, or any personally identifiable information through our analytics system until you voluntarily submit a form (such as the consultation intake at /start).

We use this first-party analytics data to understand which pages are most visited, what times of day our site is busiest, where visitors come from, and how many visitors move through our conversion funnel (homepage → menu → consultation inquiry). This helps us improve our website content, timing of promotions, and customer experience.

We also use aggregated anonymous traffic data to power Véra, our internal AI nutrition and business intelligence system, which generates insights about customer behavior and helps us plan better menus and communications. Véra never processes personal data from analytics — only aggregated, anonymized counts and patterns.

We use the following browser storage mechanisms:

• localStorage key pl_cookie_consent — stores your consent choice ("accepted" or "declined"). Persists across browser sessions until you clear it.
• sessionStorage key pl_session_id — a random anonymous identifier used to group your page views in a single visit. Cleared automatically when you close your browser tab.
• sessionStorage key pl_sa_dismissed_v1 — tracks whether you dismissed the first-login health self-assessment (client portal only).

You can accept or decline analytics tracking using the banner that appears on your first visit to our website. If you decline, no page visit events will be recorded. Your choice is stored in your browser and the banner will not reappear.

You can also clear your preference at any time using the button below, which will cause the consent banner to reappear on your next visit. Additionally, clearing your browser's localStorage or using a private/incognito browser window will reset your consent status.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Mixpanel, Hotjar, or any other third-party analytics or advertising tracking services. All data collected stays within our own systems and is never sold or shared with advertising networks.
