Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Prep Life Nutrition's meal preparation services, nutrition consultation program, SMS notification program, and client portal. By placing an order, using our services, or opting in to SMS notifications, you agree to these terms.

SMS Notification Program

Prep Life Nutrition offers an SMS notification service to keep you informed about your order status. By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive transactional text messages from us. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance.

Program Description

Automated order and account updates, optional nutrition and milestone notifications, and, where covered by your recorded consent, weekly menus, loyalty offers, and private meal-feedback invitations with promotional rewards.

Message Types

Message categories depend on the scope of your recorded consent and may include:

Order status updates — order received, meals being prepared, out for delivery, and delivered
Loyalty milestone notifications — celebrate your 5th, 10th, 25th order and other milestones
Monthly health summaries — a brief snapshot of your progress for clients enrolled in our nutrition coaching program
Consultation follow-up — one follow-up message sent 24 hours after you submit an inquiry at /start, only if you opted in at submission
Menus, offers, and private feedback — weekly menu announcements, loyalty offers, and check-ins about delivered meals with an offered promotional dessert reward, where consent covers those messages

Message eligibility depends on the consent recorded for your verified mobile number and the scope presented when you opted in. Publishing a revised policy or submitting an unverified preference does not expand earlier consent. Changing your phone number does not transfer consent to the new number.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your order and program activity. You may receive up to 3 messages per order event. Wellness and milestone messages are sent no more than once per event occurrence.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Prep Life Nutrition is not responsible for any charges from your carrier related to receiving SMS messages.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of SMS notifications at any time. Text STOP to the number from which you received messages to unsubscribe immediately. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further notifications will be sent. To re-subscribe, text START to the same number. You may also contact our team directly to manage your SMS preferences.

Meal Preparation Services

Prep Life Nutrition provides weekly meal preparation and delivery services. By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed prices for meals selected. All orders are subject to availability and our current menu offerings.

Orders and Payment

Orders are processed through our order management system using the payment methods shown at checkout, including Square. Prices are in US dollars. Review the item subtotal, applicable tax, delivery charge, optional tip, and final total before submitting payment.

Gift Cards, Offers & Rewards

Enter a supported gift card or offer in the checkout field provided. Eligibility, remaining value, and any uncovered amount are calculated before payment. Percentage offers apply to eligible merchandise; supported balance or fixed-value cards may also cover applicable tax and delivery. Tips are excluded from gift or offer coverage. A saved or entered code is not a promise that it applies to every order. Contact us about gift-card balance or redemption issues; this section does not establish new expiration, cash-redemption, or refund terms.

Private Feedback & Promotional Dessert Rewards

Eligible customers may receive a private check-in about previously delivered meals, normally on Wednesday around noon Eastern time. You may reply with a rating from 1 to 5 or use the private link to add optional meal choices and comments. Participation is voluntary. An honest response, including a low rating, qualifies for the offered reward; a positive rating, public review, or testimonial is not required. One reward is issued per eligible invitation, not per reply. The promotional reward covers one eligible dessert on a future online order, is single-use, and expires on the date shown with the reward, normally 30 days after issue. Menu availability and checkout eligibility apply. Any remaining order amount is shown before payment. This earned promotion is not a purchased gift card and does not change purchased gift-card rights. Private feedback is not permission to publish your name or response as a testimonial.

Delivery

We deliver to addresses within our service area in the Savannah, Georgia region. Delivery times and availability are subject to operational schedules. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address, access instructions, and safe-drop details for each order. Saved profile changes do not automatically change an already-placed order; contact our team to request an order correction.

Proof-of-Delivery Photos

By accepting delivery at your address, you acknowledge that our driver may capture a photo at your delivery location to confirm fulfillment. Access is limited to authorized fulfillment staff and providers processing fulfillment notifications. Our delivery-photo retention policy is 30 days after delivery.

Nutrition Consultation Services

Prep Life Nutrition offers optional wellness coaching and nutrition consultation services. You may initiate a consultation by submitting the free inquiry form at /start. This form captures your name, contact information, health goals, and dietary notes solely for the purpose of scheduling your initial consultation. By participating in a nutrition consultation, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Nutrition consultations are for general wellness coaching purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before making significant changes to your diet, exercise routine, or health regimen.
We collect health-related information (body metrics, goals, and dietary needs) only after you provide explicit digital consent via our secure consent form. No consultation data is recorded without your signed consent.
Your digital consent signature, timestamp, and IP address are stored as a legal record of consent and may not be deleted independently of other consultation records.
You may request deletion of your consultation records at any time by contacting us at hello@preplifenutrition.com.
Consultation data is used for coaching and meal planning. Relevant information may be processed by service providers supporting those features, including AI-assisted guidance, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
AI-assisted tools may be used to generate sample meal plans and calorie targets based on your stated goals. These suggestions are not medical prescriptions and should be reviewed with a qualified professional.

Client Portal

Enrolled clients may access a personal wellness portal ("My Journey") to manage their health journey alongside their meal prep service. The portal provides the following capabilities:

Order history — view past and upcoming meal prep orders linked to your profile
Nutrition consultation records — access your consultation summaries, goals, and calorie targets
Health tracking — log daily check-ins, water intake, workouts, weight entries, and macro progress voluntarily
Progress visualization — view charts and trend data based on your submitted logs over time
Achievement milestones — earn recognition badges as you reach health and ordering milestones
Initial self-assessment — new portal users are prompted to complete a brief health background questionnaire; this is voluntary and helps personalize your experience
AI-generated meal plan guidance — sample meal plan suggestions based on your nutrition targets, provided for general reference only

All data you log in the client portal is entirely voluntary. Access is secured by your account credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information. You may request deletion of your portal data at any time by contacting us.

Portal access requires verified account identity. A shared household contact does not authorize access to another person's account. Household recipient names may organize meals and guidance, but do not by themselves establish a separate login. Keep saved addresses current and review delivery details at checkout.

AI-Powered Features

Prep Life Nutrition uses artificial intelligence, including OpenAI's GPT models, to power several internal and client-facing features. By using our services, you acknowledge the following:

Nutrition analysis — AI estimates calories and macros for recipes based on ingredient lists. These are estimates and not certified nutritional values.
Sample meal planning — AI generates sample meal plan suggestions based on your stated calorie targets and dietary preferences. These are not medical dietary prescriptions.
Véra intelligence system — traffic reporting uses aggregated patterns; other supported features may use relevant customer or dietary context. Processing is described in our Privacy Policy and is not universally anonymous.
Ingredient & recipe suggestions — AI may suggest recipe adjustments or ingredient alternatives for internal use by our kitchen team.

AI-generated outputs are advisory in nature. Our team reviews AI-assisted recommendations before applying them. No automated decision-making that materially affects you occurs without human oversight.

Allergen & Food Safety Notice

⚠ Important — Please Read Before Ordering

Our kitchen prepares meals that contain and handle common allergens including: tree nuts, peanuts, milk/dairy, eggs, wheat/gluten, soy, fish, and shellfish. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee that any meal is completely free of these allergens. Cross-contact can occur during preparation in our shared kitchen environment.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for informing Prep Life Nutrition of all known allergies and dietary restrictions before placing your first order. This information should be included in your customer profile or communicated directly to our team. We are not liable for allergic reactions resulting from allergens that were not disclosed to us, or from cross-contact in our shared kitchen environment.

Severe or Life-Threatening Allergies

If you have a severe or life-threatening allergy, please contact us directly before ordering so we can assess our ability to safely accommodate your needs. We may not be able to guarantee a completely allergen-safe environment for all severe allergies, and reserve the right to decline service in cases where safety cannot be reasonably assured.

Nutrition Estimates

All nutritional information provided (calories, macros, ingredients, etc.) is estimated based on recipe formulations and standard ingredient data. Actual values may vary due to portion size variation, ingredient substitutions, and preparation methods. Nutrition information is not intended as medical dietary advice.

Cancellations & Refund Policy

Your Rights & Service Concerns

These service rules do not limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable payment-dispute rights. Contact us promptly about non-delivery, an incorrect charge, merchant error, or a food-safety concern so we can investigate. The ordinary 24-hour reporting window, replacement-only approach, cancellation cutoff, and client-error delivery rules do not override remedies required by law. A complaint or honest low rating does not by itself disqualify a valid claim. Do not eat food you believe is unsafe; seek appropriate medical care when needed.

No Refunds on Received Orders

Because our meals are freshly prepared perishable food items, we do not offer monetary refunds once an order has been received and accepted at your delivery address. All sales are final upon delivery.

Meal Quality Issues — Replacement, Not Refund

If you receive a meal that is damaged, incorrect, or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@preplifenutrition.com with a description of the issue. At our discretion, we will arrange a replacement meal on your next scheduled delivery. Photo documentation of the issue may be requested.

What Qualifies for a Replacement

Incorrect meal delivered (wrong dish)
Meal arrived in a damaged or compromised container
Significant quality concern reported promptly within the 24-hour window

What Does Not Qualify

Personal taste preferences
Changes of mind after delivery
Issues reported more than 24 hours after delivery
Meals that have been partially or fully consumed

Repeated Service Issues & Client Relationship

Repeated service issues may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to understand and address their cause. Any decision to discontinue future service will be based on legitimate business reasons and reasonable notice where appropriate, not merely an honest complaint or low rating. Such a review does not remove a valid claim or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Order Cancellations

Orders must be cancelled before Thursday 6:00 PM local time for the upcoming week's delivery. Orders cancelled after this cutoff cannot be refunded or credited as meal preparation will have already begun. If you need to cancel your upcoming order, contact us immediately at hello@preplifenutrition.com.

Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address provided by the client, or if no one is available and no safe drop location was specified, the order is considered fulfilled. Replacement meals will not be issued for missed deliveries resulting from client error.

12.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Prep Life Nutrition is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, SMS notification program, or nutrition consultation program, and our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order or service in question. These limits do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes to Terms

Changes will be posted with an updated revision date. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a material change, posting revised terms or continued use alone does not replace that requirement. Revised terms do not retroactively expand SMS consent or remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Intellectual Property & Proprietary Rights

All content, features, functionality, software, design, text, graphics, logos, data compilations, menu offerings, nutritional frameworks, and operational systems on this platform — including the Véra AI system — are the exclusive property of Prep Life Nutrition and are protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. All rights are reserved.

No Reproduction or Distribution

No part of this platform, its content, or its underlying systems may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, reverse engineered, decompiled, scraped, or used to create derivative works without the express prior written permission of Prep Life Nutrition.

Limited License to Users

By accessing this platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use it solely for your personal ordering, nutritional tracking, and communication purposes. This license does not include any right to resell, sublicense, copy, or commercially exploit any content or feature of this platform.

No Competitive Use

You may not use information, workflows, design patterns, or data obtained from this platform to build, assist in building, or inform a competing product or service. Any such use is a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

Trademark

"Prep Life Nutrition," the Prep Life Nutrition logo, and "Véra" as used in connection with our AI nutrition assistant are proprietary identifiers of Prep Life Nutrition. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our name, logo, or brand identifiers without explicit written consent.

15.

External Peptides, Supplements & Services

The Peptides link opens a separate Make Wellness shop. Purchases there are governed by that seller's product information, eligibility, pricing, shipping, privacy, and return terms, not Prep Life's meal-order policies. Any promotional offer is subject to the seller's current checkout conditions and may change.

Prep Life does not provide peptide prescriptions or medical treatment through this link. Website information and AI guidance do not establish that a supplement is suitable for you or will produce a particular result. Review the product label and consult a qualified healthcare professional, especially if you take medication or have a health condition.
