These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Prep Life Nutrition's meal preparation services, nutrition consultation program, SMS notification program, and client portal. By placing an order, using our services, or opting in to SMS notifications, you agree to these terms.
Prep Life Nutrition offers an SMS notification service to keep you informed about your order status. By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive transactional text messages from us. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance.
Prep Life Nutrition Order Notifications
Automated SMS messages providing real-time updates on your meal prep order status as well as optional wellness and milestone notifications for enrolled nutrition clients.
By opting in you consent to receive the following categories of messages from Prep Life Nutrition:
Message frequency varies based on your order and program activity. You may receive up to 3 messages per order event. Wellness and milestone messages are sent no more than once per event occurrence.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Prep Life Nutrition is not responsible for any charges from your carrier related to receiving SMS messages.
You can opt out of SMS notifications at any time. Text STOP to the number from which you received messages to unsubscribe immediately. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further notifications will be sent. To re-subscribe, text START to the same number. You may also contact our team directly to manage your SMS preferences.

Prep Life Nutrition provides weekly meal preparation and delivery services. By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed prices for meals selected. All orders are subject to availability and our current menu offerings.
Orders are processed through our order management system. Payment is collected at the time of order placement via accepted payment methods (including Square). All prices are in US dollars and include applicable fees unless otherwise noted.
We deliver to addresses within our service area in the Savannah, Georgia region. Delivery times and availability are subject to operational schedules. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery address information.
By accepting delivery at your address, you acknowledge that our driver will capture a photo at your delivery location as confirmation of successful fulfillment. These photos are stored securely and used solely to verify delivery. Proof-of-delivery photos are automatically deleted 30 days after the delivery date and are not shared with third parties.
Prep Life Nutrition offers optional wellness coaching and nutrition consultation services. You may initiate a consultation by submitting the free inquiry form at /start. This form captures your name, contact information, health goals, and dietary notes solely for the purpose of scheduling your initial consultation. By participating in a nutrition consultation, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Enrolled clients may access a personal wellness portal ("My Journey") to manage their health journey alongside their meal prep service. The portal provides the following capabilities:
All data you log in the client portal is entirely voluntary. Access is secured by your account credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information. You may request deletion of your portal data at any time by contacting us.
Prep Life Nutrition uses artificial intelligence, including OpenAI's GPT models, to power several internal and client-facing features. By using our services, you acknowledge the following:
AI-generated outputs are advisory in nature. Our team reviews AI-assisted recommendations before applying them. No automated decision-making that materially affects you occurs without human oversight.
Our kitchen prepares meals that contain and handle common allergens including: tree nuts, peanuts, milk/dairy, eggs, wheat/gluten, soy, fish, and shellfish. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee that any meal is completely free of these allergens. Cross-contact can occur during preparation in our shared kitchen environment.
You are responsible for informing Prep Life Nutrition of all known allergies and dietary restrictions before placing your first order. This information should be included in your customer profile or communicated directly to our team. We are not liable for allergic reactions resulting from allergens that were not disclosed to us, or from cross-contact in our shared kitchen environment.
If you have a severe or life-threatening allergy, please contact us directly before ordering so we can assess our ability to safely accommodate your needs. We may not be able to guarantee a completely allergen-safe environment for all severe allergies, and reserve the right to decline service in cases where safety cannot be reasonably assured.
All nutritional information provided (calories, macros, ingredients, etc.) is estimated based on recipe formulations and standard ingredient data. Actual values may vary due to portion size variation, ingredient substitutions, and preparation methods. Nutrition information is not intended as medical dietary advice.

Because our meals are freshly prepared perishable food items, we do not offer monetary refunds once an order has been received and accepted at your delivery address. All sales are final upon delivery.
If you receive a meal that is damaged, incorrect, or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@preplifenutrition.com with a description of the issue. At our discretion, we will arrange a replacement meal on your next scheduled delivery. Photo documentation of the issue may be requested.
Clients who repeatedly request meal replacements — regardless of stated reason — may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Consistent service complaints may result in a formal review of the client relationship and, in rare circumstances, may lead to termination of service. We reserve the right to discontinue service to any client at our discretion with reasonable notice.
Orders must be cancelled before Thursday 6:00 PM local time for the upcoming week's delivery. Orders cancelled after this cutoff cannot be refunded or credited as meal preparation will have already begun. If you need to cancel your upcoming order, contact us immediately at info@preplifenutrition.com.
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address provided by the client, or if no one is available and no safe drop location was specified, the order is considered fulfilled. Replacement meals will not be issued for missed deliveries resulting from client error.
Prep Life Nutrition is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, SMS notification program, or nutrition consultation program. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order or service in question.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
