Can the meals be eaten cold?
Yes, all your meals can be enjoyed cold.
Can the meals be frozen and if so how long?
Yes they can, for up to 3 months.
How long should the food be heated for?
Slightly open the box and microwave for approximately two/ three minutes, check the product is piping hot before consumption.
I Have an allergy? Intolerance is that ok?
Yes, please make sure you fill in your requirements in the order information box on the order page and leave the rest to us!
What is the best way to store the meals?
Your meals will arrive in a specially designed cool box which will maintain the temperature at a safe level. We then recommend you refrigerate your meals unless you wish to freeze them.
Can I Cancel my subscription?
Yes, at any time. Please see our terms and conditions for further information.
When do you Deliver?
We Deiver to Nuneaton and Hinckley on Sundays and Wednesday
My Delivery is late/hasnt arrived?

We deliver to the whole of the UK
What Happens if I am not in for my delivery
ParcelForce will contact you with an AM time slot. If your not going to be in, you can contact them to re-arrange a new slot. If you cannot arrange a suitable time, ParcelForce will leave the package in a safe place or with a neighbour.
What Happens if my meals are damaged in transit

Yes! If it is easier for you, meals are avalaible for pick up on sunday's form our kitchen in Nuneaton.
